Overview
Gabriela Monasterio was the online editor of the top First Amendment journal in the country, the First Amendment Law Review, at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Gabriela’s practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. She also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy litigation.
In law school, Gabriela was a 3L representative to the Student Bar Association, and she served as a student practitioner in the Intellectual Property Clinic.
