Overview

Grace Jennings served as articles editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.

Grace focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

In law school, Grace was a member of the Transactional Law Competition Team, where she and her partner finished second overall in their first interscholastic competition. She was vice president of the Women’s Law Society and was selected as a fellow at the W&M Center for the Study of Law and Markets. Grace tied for third place in the American Bar Association’s inaugural Legal Tech Fictional Writing Competition in 2021.
