Overview
Hannah Ryan served as a managing and associate editor of the Tulane Law Review.
Hannah focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including structured finance transactions and securitizations. She provides advice and legal opinions on matters of Delaware law, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
In law school, Hannah served as a senior fellow, assisting first-year law students with their Legal, Research and Writing course throughout the academic year. She also was an extern for the National Labor Relations Board’s Region 15 office.
