Overview
Jodi LeBolt focuses her practice on transactional matters relating to Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, with a particular emphasis on private equity funds and structured finance transactions.
She renders advice and legal opinions in connection with matters involving alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
In law school, Jodi was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and was named a Thurgood Marshall scholar for academic achievement. She is fluent in Spanish.
