John Seraydarian focuses his practice on Delaware alternative entities.
John is a transactional attorney who handles Delaware law matters relating to Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and other Delaware entities. He has significant experience in a wide variety of transactions, including investment fund transactions, structured finance transactions, joint venture transactions, and cross-border transactions.
John also advises clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, conversions, dissolutions, and other structural changes involving Delaware alternative entities, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contract interpretation issues.
John is active in the firm’s community service program.
