Overview
Jon Kaplowitz focuses his practice on the formation and administration of Delaware and New York trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He also renders advice to financial institutions and trust companies acting as securities administrators, paying agents, master servicers, indenture trustees, owner trustees, and other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
In law school, Jon was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and the Journal of Law & Public Affairs.
