Overview
Keegan Hicks served as an online editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.
Keegan focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters, advising Delaware corporations on mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, fiduciary duties, entity formation and dissolution, and board and special committee governance.
During law school, Keegan interned for the Honorable Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court and Magistrate Judge Joe L. Webster of the U.S. District Court in the Middle District of North Carolina. In addition to his studies, Keegan served as a three-year board member to Wake Law’s Latino Law Student Association. He also spent his final year of law school advising former U.S. servicemen on military record corrections and award upgrades in the Wake Forest Law Veterans Legal Clinic and working as a civil procedure course TA for Professor Gregory Parks.
Keegan received the Dean Suzanne Reynolds award, given to the student with the highest grade in a particular course, in both Civil Procedure I and Contracts I.
