Kevin Carey advises trust companies and other institutions in financial transactions.
Kevin focuses his practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
In law school, Kevin interned in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
