Overview
Kevin Kidwell served as executive articles editor of the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class.
Kevin focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
While in law school, Kevin served as a captain of the National Trial Team and as a legal assistant at a Social Security disability law firm. Upon graduation, Kevin was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in trial and appellate advocacy.
