Kyle focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has represented clients in Delaware and other jurisdictions in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, appraisal, corporate control, contested mergers and acquisitions, derivative lawsuits, and other commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle practiced at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
