Margaret Rockey was an editor for the Iowa Law Review.
Margaret focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
While in law school, Margaret served as an elected class representative to the Iowa Student Bar Association and was a member of the advanced moot court Baskerville Competition team. She also worked as a tutor in the Legal Writing and Academic Success Center, designing curriculum for the center and teaching legal writing skills to first-year students. Prior to law school, Margaret taught communications courses at Western Washington University.
