Overview

Matthew Ady focuses his practice on Delaware statutory trusts.

Matthew assists clients with the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

An avid outdoorsman and an active member of the Delaware Nature Society, Matthew is involved in working to preserve and promote green spaces and provide suitable habitats for Delaware’s native species.
