Overview
Matthew Perri focuses on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court, and represents committees of boards of directors formed to perform investigations.
Matt primarily represents Delaware corporations and alternative entities and their officers, directors, and managers, including in derivative and stockholder class action lawsuits. He frequently handles claims involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, statutory appraisal, statutory books and records, and complex commercial or contractual issues.
