Matt Schwalm was a staff editor for the Temple Law Review.
Matt focuses his practice on commercial transactions, including secured transactions and structured finance transactions. He has experience in rendering advice and providing legal opinions on matters of Delaware law, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
