Overview

Maya Jackson served as the executive articles editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law.

Maya focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds.  She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

In law school, Maya was as a member of the National Trial Team and served as a student attorney in the Youth, Education and Justice Clinic.  She received the William P. Cunningham Award and the A.J. Cooper Award, and was selected to become a member of the Order of Barristers.
