Michael Collins assists trustees in a variety of commercial transactions.
Michael represents banks and trust companies engaged in common law and statutory trust relationships in connection with commercial and business transactions, including securitizations, structured finance, investment funds, CDOs, leveraged leases, real estate financings, and trust preferred securities transactions.
