Overview
Nick Mastria was a student attorney at the Criminal Defense and Justice Clinic, representing indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses in the Washington, D.C., Superior Court.
Nick focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
In law school, Nick was an associate on the George Washington Law Review and the president of GW’s Federalist Society chapter. In addition, he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, finishing as a semifinalist in the 1L Arbitration Competition. Nick also served as a judicial intern for Judge Joshua Wolson in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
