Nicholas Trotto served as an articles editor for Villanova Law Review
Nick focuses his practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
During law school, Nick received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and externed with Judge Kelly Eckel in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Before law school, Nick worked as a legal assistant for an immigration law firm.
