Nicole Henry clerked for Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn in Delaware Court of Chancery.
Nicole focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
While in law school, Nicole interned for the legal team in the office of Delaware Governor John Carney and was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. She earned recognition for her pro bono work and was a member of the Law and Public Service Program. Nicole also competed in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition.
