Overview
Paige Diminick Benkovic served as senior development editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
Paige primarily focuses her practice on transactional matters involving Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. She provides advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving Delaware alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
During law school, Paige served as a legal writing and research teaching assistant as well as an academic success teaching assistant. She also interned with the Pennsylvania State Attorney General in its Pittsburgh office while in law school.
