Overview

Quamaine Montgomery externed for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Quamaine focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters concerning Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.

During law school, Quamaine interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division and for a Fortune 100 technology company. He received the Dean’s Fellow Merit Scholarship and was a Business Entities teaching assistant for Professor Lance Cole.

Quamaine also worked as a pardon coach with the Pennsylvania Pardon Project, offering services to at-risk residents to reduce the collateral consequences of their criminal convictions by preparing pardon applications to be submitted to the governor.
