Overview

Parker Havis was senior managing editor for the Tulane Journal of International & Comparative Law.

Parker focuses his practice on matters relating to commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate properties. He represents regional and national developers, lending institutions, and other holders of commercial real estate property in a wide array of real estate matters.

Parker’s practice also involves providing legal insight into public interest projects involving affordable housing and other city-wide improvements.

In law school, Parker received the Paul Morphy, Jr. Memorial Award for excellence in Real Estate Transactions. He also received the George Dewey Nelson Memorial Award for the greatest distinction in common law subjects throughout his three years of law school.
