Overview
Rae Ra served as the executive articles editor of the Emory International Law Review.
Rae focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
Rae was the Edward J. Henning Memorial Award recipient for Emory Law School, an honor bestowed to an outstanding ADR student at each of Georgia’s ABA-accredited law schools from the Atlanta Bar Association. During law school, Rae was a student attorney for Emory Law School’s Turner Environmental Law Clinic. She also served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Joe Diaz in Hall County Juvenile Court in Gainesville, GA. She is fluent in Korean.
