Robert Kissel focuses his practice on Delaware alternative entities.

Bobby handles transactional matters relating to Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions regarding foreign and domestic transactions involving issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, dissolution, and perfection under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Bobby’s practice includes the issuance of investment fund interests to investors, complex structured financings, and other matters involving alternative entities.
