Overview
Samantha Jonjo was a member of the Thurgood Marshall National Trial Team during law school.
Samantha focuses her practice on transactional matters involving Delaware alternative entities. She renders advice and legal opinions with respect to limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, including in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters relating to formation, operation, governance, dissolution, and enforceability applicable to alternative entities.
Prior to and throughout law school, Samantha worked as a contract specialist and a procurement analyst for the Social Security Administration. She was also a research assistant for Professor William J. Moon and served as evening student representative for the Business Law Society.
