Overview
Stephen Lukes has particular expertise in Article 9 of the UCC.
Steve concentrates on commercial transactions, personal property law, and alternative entities law, including matters involving Delaware limited liability companies and limited partnerships. He is especially focused on Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code with respect to secured transactions and private equity fund financings.
