Overview
Tom Malone was a notes editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.
Tom focuses his practice on commercial transactions, including structured finance transactions and securitizations. He provides advice and legal opinions on matters of Delaware law involving limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, and other Delaware entities, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
In law school, Tom served as a student attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
