Overview
Zach Lawlor served as the executive editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
Zach focuses his practice primarily on transactional matters concerning Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance transactions, investment funds, and other matters involving alternative entities with respect to issues of formation, operation, governance, enforceability, and dissolution.
During law school, Zach received the Deans Merit Scholarship and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
