Richards, Layton & Finger Chosen as a PLC Panel Firm

WILMINGTON, Delaware (January 19, 2010) – Richards, Layton & Finger has been chosen as a panel firm by Practical Law Company (PLC) and will be a contributor to PLC’s new online knowledge service, PLC Law Department. PLC, the leading provider of practical know-how for business lawyers, launched PLC Law Department on January 11, 2010. The new service provides legal guidance and practical resources for in-house counsel throughout the United States, with content developed in collaboration with a panel of leading law firms chosen for their expertise and experience. Richards Layton was selected as a panel firm in two practice areas, Real Estate and Business Entities. The firm’s contributions will also appear in the PLC Law Department’s companion publication, Practical Law The Journal.
