WILMINGTON, Delaware (August 21, 2012) – Richards, Layton & Finger director Robert J. Krapf has been elected by the members of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law to serve as Vice Chair of the Section’s Real Property Division for 2012-2013.
Krapf is Richards Layton’s executive vice president. Focusing his practice on a variety of transactional matters in the areas of real estate and land use law, Krapf’s clients include many of the regional and national developers, landlords, banks, and other lenders, conservation organizations, institutions, businesses, and industries operating in Delaware.
In addition to his long history of leadership in the state and national bar, Krapf is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, past president of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and past chair of the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group. His professional accolades include Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, Super Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, and Delaware Today’s “Top Lawyers.”
