Two Richards, Layton & Finger Attorneys Named in 2014 International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers

WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 9, 2014) – Daniel Klein and Robert Krapf, directors of Richards, Layton & Finger, have been listed in the 2014 edition of The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers. Who’s Who Legal conducted comprehensive research to identify the world’s leading real estate lawyers, and Mr. Klein and Mr. Krapf are two of only three Delaware lawyers selected for the list.
Robert Krapf, president of Richards, Layton & Finger and head of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on transactional matters in the areas of real estate, commercial and land use law. Vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, Mr. Krapf has held many local and national leadership positions in the bar, as well as in a variety of business, charitable and cultural organizations. He has consistently earned high rankings in numerous legal directories, including The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
Daniel Klein focuses on complex business transactions, public/private joint ventures and real estate loan workouts. He plays an active role in the Real Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and in the American Bar Association. Mr. Klein is a member of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute and a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, where he served two terms on its Board of Governors. Named in Who’s Who Legal since 2005, Mr. Klein has also long been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
