This two-part article attempts to make some sense out of the alphabet soup of the federal crisis programs by providing a detailed introduction to each program that has been founded since the passage of EESA in October 2008. Part One takes an in depth look at the programs that were established as part of EESA and the Troubled Asset Relief Program in 2008 by the Bush Administration and the 110th Congress.
